Your MyFanzy Account
Account login, recovery, history, and old account related questions.
Please ensure you are using your registered e-mail address and correct password. Note that the password is case sensitive.
If you’ve recently registered and you haven't received an email to confirm your account, please check your spam or junk mail folders.
If you can't log in to your account, try resetting your password. An email will be sent to your mailbox with instructions on how to reset your password. If you do not receive the email, please check your Junk folder in your email inbox.
If you cannot access your MyFanzy account or have any queries about your account, please contact help@cricfanzy.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot link your history from an old account to a new one. If you have set up a team for this season using a different email address, you will not be able to view your History from previous seasons on that account.
In order to see previous seasons' scores, you will need to sign in on the homepage using the registered email address and password combination from the previous seasons and set up a team using that account.
Choosing Your Initial Squad and Playing-11
Team limits, squad selection, and playing-11 modification rules.
In the interest of fair play each person may only enter one team. You may enter this team in multiple leagues and compete against different groups of friends in later stage of this platform.
No, once you create your team and select required players and save the team, you cannot modify or add/remove the players in that team.
Yes, you can modify your playing-11 at any time before start of the scheduled match. Once you make changes in your playing-11, the latest playing-11 you set will be the default playing-11 and your points will be based on that playing-11 team.
No, you can modify your playing-11 at any time before or until the scheduled match starts. Once the scheduled match is in progress, no changes should be made for that ongoing match. After the scheduled match is finished, you can re-adjust your playing-11 for next upcoming matches.
Managing Your Playing-11 Team
Formation requirements and captain update rules.
You can play in any formation, providing:
- 1 Wicket Keeper
- At least 3 All-rounders (AR)
- At least 3 Batsmen (BAT)
- At least 2 Bowlers (BOWL)
The two remaining players can be chosen from AR, BAT, or BOWL.
While adjusting or modifying your playing-11, you can change your captain anytime before start of the match.
Offensive Names and Images
Reporting inappropriate team names and keeping the platform safe for all users.
When registering a team within CricFanzy, all managers are asked to think carefully before entering a name. Names that are deemed inappropriate or offensive may result in a team and/or league being deleted (see Terms & Conditions).
If you find a name that you believe is inappropriate or offensive then please let us know by reporting the manager name and the team name using the form below. Your details will not be shared.
We will review the report and take immediate and appropriate action. It is important to us that CricFanzy platform is an inclusive space where everyone feels welcome and safe. Thank you for your help.
Leagues and Point System Update
Weekly points, overall points, status updates, and leaderboard schedule.
There are two types of points:
- Weekly Points – these reset every Thursday and start again on Friday.
- Overall Points – these accumulate from the day you create your account with team selection and playing-11 finalized.
After one hour of each match completion, point system will be updated.
Once you login to the portal with your username and password, you will see your updated points in the status tab of your user account.
The leaderboard will update once a week, every Friday morning, with both overall and weekly points.
Bonus / Additional Points
Referral bonus and additional points earned through platform activities.
There are two types of Bonus or Additional points:
- Refer a Friend: You can refer a friend with a special code that you can find in your profile tab. The user who refers will get 100 bonus points, and the user who receives the referral code will get 50 points after creating the account.
- You can send referral code to maximum 5 persons only. After 5 persons signed up on the same code, the code will be locked and you will not get more bonus points.
- Additional Questions: You can get 50 bonus points if you answer two questions out of three questions correctly in the Additional Points tab.
- There is a list of questions about players in this section. You can answer from the available list of players and earn bonus points.
Weekly and Final Prize
Prize distribution rules and tie handling.
In the event of a tie in a Weekly or Final competition, the prize will equally distribute among the same top points.

General Rules
Entry timing and account eligibility
- There can be only one team entered per registered user account.
- Owners or managers may enter a team at any time during the season.
- To score points from the first game week, your team must be submitted before the season starts.
- If a team is entered after the season begins, it will start scoring from the next game week.
- Points are not backdated for previous matches or already completed game weeks.
Team Selection Rules
Squad composition and lineup requirements
- All league team players are available in the selection list.
- You can select a maximum of 20 players after creating your account.
- Your 20-player squad must include 6 batters, 6 bowlers, 6 all-rounders, and 2 wicket keepers.
- After squad selection, you must choose a playing XI from your selected 20 players.
- Each team must choose a captain who earns 1.5x points each week.
- You may change your playing XI and captain any time before the match starts.
- Managers can use a triple-points captain boost for one week only during the season.
- Every playing XI must include 3 batters, 2 bowlers, 3 all-rounders, and 1 wicket keeper. The remaining 2 players can be your choice.
